La Devesa School abre sus puertas y las aulas de Primer Ciclo se llenan de energía y sonrisas desde primera hora. Conectar con nuestra teacher desde el abrazo más profundo y sincero es, sin duda, el mejor equilibrio que nos ayuda a “desvincularnos” de papá y mamá durante unas horas.
A las 9 de la mañana, los pequeños de dos años comienzan su gran aventura diaria. “Hello!”, “Good morning!” se escucha por toda la clase, porque aquí, desde el primer momento, el inglés no es una asignatura, sino un idioma vivo y sentido, presente en cada rincón del aula y en cada interacción.
Este es solo un pequeño reflejo de lo que significa la inmersión lingüística en La Devesa School. Un idioma tan presente en nuestro día a día que acompaña a nuestros pequeños de 2 años en su aprendizaje, sus experiencias y emociones, pues aprender un idioma no es solo memorizar, va mucho más allá. Es interiorizarlo, hacerlo parte del día a día.
Como sabemos, en las edades más tempranas los peques absorben los sonidos y estructuras del inglés de manera natural, casi sin esfuerzo. Por ello, podría decirse que es en estos primeros años donde se ponen los cimientos de la casa que estamos construyendo: una base sólida sobre la que crecerá un aprendizaje duradero y significativo.
En nuestra rutina diaria, los niños y niñas participan e interactúan desde su naturaleza más inocente, experimentan y desarrollan sus sentidos, conectan con la música y las canciones, escuchan cuentos y resuelven pequeños retos… todo en inglés, ¡por supuesto! Un simple “Let’s clean up!” o “Can you find the blue ball?” forma parte del lenguaje cotidiano, convirtiendo el aprendizaje en algo natural e instintivo.
Es por ello que, a medida que nuestros peques crecen y avanzan en su educación en La Devesa School, el objetivo es claro: que lleguen a ser usuarios avanzados del idioma, con una fluidez que les permita comunicarse con confianza en cualquier contexto. ¡Sentir que el inglés es una herramienta real en sus vidas!
Por eso sabemos que la clave está en lo que ocurre en el aula desde los primeros años, creyendo que una educación bilingüe de calidad no se basa solo en superar pruebas, sino en formar personitas capaces de desenvolverse en un mundo globalizado, sin miedo a comunicarse en otra lengua.
Nuestros peques de 2 años finalizan su jornada a las 17h de la tarde, reencontrándose con sus familias con la misma mágica sonrisa con la que entraron al aula por la mañana. Han pasado el día jugando, explorando y aprendiendo, todo sin sentir el idioma como una dificultad. Y esa es la verdadera clave del éxito: hacer que el aprendizaje del inglés sea una experiencia cotidiana, natural y enriquecedora. 
Sin duda, nuestros pequeños búhos de 2 años estarán listos y preparados para cualquier reto que el futuro les depare. Ready to fly!

Building the Future: A Day of English Immersion from Age 2
La Devesa School opens its doors, and the First Years classrooms fill with energy and smiles from the early hours. Connecting with our teacher through the deepest and most sincere hug is, without a doubt, the best balance that helps us «detach» from mum and dad for a few hours. 
At 9 in the morning, the little ones, just two years of age, begin their daily adventure. A “Hello!” or “Good morning!” echo throughout the class, because here, from the very first moment, English is not just a subject but a living, heartfelt language, present in every corner of the classroom and in every interaction.
This is just a small reflection of what linguistic immersion means at La Devesa School. A language so present in our daily lives that it accompanies our 2-year-olds in their learning, experiences, and emotions, because learning a language is not just about memorizing; it goes much further. It’s about internalizing it, making it part of everyday life.
As we know, at the earliest ages, children absorb the sounds and structures of English naturally, almost effortlessly. That’s why we could say that these early years lay the foundations of the house we are building: a solid base upon which lasting and meaningful learning will grow.
In our daily routine, the boys and girls participate and interact from their purest nature, experimenting and developing their senses, connecting with music and songs, listening to stories, and solving small challenges… all in English, of course! A simple “Let’s clean up!” or “Can you find the blue ball?” becomes part of the everyday language, turning learning into something natural and instinctive. 
That is why, as our little ones grow and advance in their education at La Devesa School, the goal is clear: for them to become advanced users of the language, with a fluency that allows them to communicate confidently in any context. To feel that English is a real tool in their lives!
That’s why we know the key lies in what happens in the classroom from the earliest years, believing that quality bilingual education is not just about passing tests but about shaping little people capable of navigating a globalized world, unafraid to communicate in another language.
Our 2-year-olds finish their day at 5 p.m., reuniting with their families with the same magical smile they had when they entered the classroom in the morning. They have spent the day playing, exploring, and learning, all without feeling the language as a barrier. And that is the true key to success: making learning English a daily, natural, and enriching experience. 
Without a doubt, our little 2-year-old owls will be ready and prepared for any challenge the future holds. Ready to fly!
